Goodstart Gatton is seeking a Trainee Educator to support children’s early learning and school readiness. You will work under the Centre Leadership Team and aim to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining hands‑on experience in a supportive team.

This fixed term, full‑time traineeship offers paid study time, fee free training, above‑award pay, and opportunities for permanent employment upon completion.

Employment Type: Fixed Term, Full time, 38 hours per week

Pay: $22.75 - $31.36 + Superannuation + Benefits

To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificateother than in childcare will still be eligible.
