Little Zak's Academy is offering a Certificate III Traineeship for a Trainee Early Childhood Educator at our Mount Hutton centre in NSW. No prior experience required; you will learn on the job and be mentored by experienced centre management while earning as you learn.

You will work toward your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, gain practical 0–5 experience, and build nurturing relationships with children in a supportive, family-run environment.

Our Mount Hutton centre is a purpose-built service, and we are looking for a motivated Trainee Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

About the role:

As a Trainee Educator, you will learn from experienced educators while developing the knowledge and skills required to build a successful career in early childhood education.

You will:

• Work towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Gain practical experience working with children aged 0-5
• Build positive and nurturing relationships with children
• Assist with the implementation of educational programs under the guidance of experienced educators
• Support play-based learning and children's development
• Assist with maintaining a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
• Develop your understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Work collaboratively with educators, families and the wider centre team
• Participate in training, professional development and mentoring
• Learn about child safety, health, wellbeing and early childhood regulations
• Complete your study requirements within the expected timeframe
