Trainee Early Childhood Educator | Certificate III Traineeship

Are you looking to start your Early Childhood Education career? This is an entry level position, no prior experience necessary! Little Zak's Academy is privately owned and family run. Bomaderrycentre is a purpose-built service, and we are looking for a motivated Trainee Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Earn while you learn, gain practical experience working with children aged 0-5, and work towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the role

As a Trainee Educator, you will learn from experienced educators while developing the knowledge and skills required to build a successful career in early childhood education.

You will:

• Work towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Gain practical experience working with children aged 0-5
• Build positive and nurturing relationships with children
• Assist with the implementation of educational programs under the guidance of experienced educators
• Support play-based learning and children's development
• Assist with maintaining a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
• Develop your understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Work collaboratively with educators, families and the wider centre team
• Participate in training, professional development and mentoring
• Learn about child safety, health, wellbeing and early childhood regulations
• Complete your study requirements within the expected timeframe
