Little Zak's Academy in Sydney, NSW is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our private, family-run centre. You will deliver high-quality early years education aligned with EYLF and NQS, plan and review developmentally appropriate activities, and mentor junior staff.

• ACECQA Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Current Working with Children Check
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Strong computer skills
• Current approved First Aid Certificate
• Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Responsabilidades

• Ensure learning and development is aligned with the EYLF and the NQS
• Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors
• Create a stimulating and positive environment for the children
• Write observations and analyse children's progression and development
• Provide support and assistance to other staff members
• Monitor staff interactions to ensure they are in line with EYLF
• Develop strong relationships with children and effectively communicate with parents and carers
