Ternary is hiring Community Support Workers to visit clients in their homes, delivering essential in-home care and social support. Training is provided on the job as you complete the Certificate III in Individual Support, with paid buddy shifts and scheduled training days.
Flexible days between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 15 hours and potential for 30+ hours weekly. NSW driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required.

Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation, is seeking new team members to join their local team in the region.
No experience is required; we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days.
On-the-job training provided.
We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community services.
When you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks. As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more!
Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.
