LiveHire Limited in Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs invites applicants to join its Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program, offering extensive induction, classroom plus on-road training to obtain a Heavy Rigid licence and a Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus).

The program features industry-leading pay during training, a buddy system, dedicated support network, and opportunities to be based at Doncaster East, Heatherton or Keysborough.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Holding a current Australian car driver's licence (full licence held for minimum 2 years).
• Have full Australian work rights (Citizenship or Permanent Residency).
• Prepared to undergo pre-employment functional assessment and drug/alcohol screening.
• Willing to obtain CPV Driver Accreditation and Working With Children Check.

The Opportunity:

Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program provides the support, training, and confidence you need to become a licensed and professional bus driver. This includes:

• Extensive induction training combining classroom learning and on-road experience to obtain your Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
• Obtaining a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus)
• Industry-leading pay throughout your training journey
• A dedicated buddy and support network to guide your development
• Opportunities to be based across our east depots (Doncaster East, Heatherton & Keysborough) connecting local communities throughout Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs

We’re after people with:

• Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people
• Hold a current Australian car driver’s licence (full licence held for minimum of 2 years)
• Have full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Are willing to undertake a pre-employment functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening
• Are willing to obtain a Driver Accreditation (CPV) and Working With Children Check
