LiveHire Limited in Melbourne is offering a Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program to train and support you to become a licensed professional bus driver. The program includes classroom learning, on-road practice, and an induction to obtain your Heavy Rigid Licence, plus a Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus).

You will earn industry-leading pay during your training, receive dedicated buddy support, and have opportunities across Preston and Thomastown depots serving Melbourne’s northern

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service skills and enjoyment in helping people.
• Hold a current Australian car driver's licence (full licence held for minimum of 2 years).
• Have full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Willing to undertake pre-employment functional assessment and drug/alcohol screening.

The Opportunity:

Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program provides the support, training, and confidence you need to become a licensed and professional bus driver. This includes:

• Extensive induction training combining classroom learning and on-road experience to obtain your Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
• Obtaining a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus)
• Industry-leading pay throughout your training journey
• A dedicated buddy and support network to guide your development
• Opportunities to be based across our north depots (Preston & Thomastown) servicing communities throughout Melbourne's growing northern corridor

We’re after people with:

• Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people
• Hold a current Australian car driver’s licence (full licence held for minimum of 2 years)
• Have full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Are willing to undertake a pre-employment functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening
• Are willing to obtain a Driver Accreditation (CPV) and Working With Children Check
