Kinetic offers the Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program in Melbourne to train you to become a licensed bus driver. It includes induction to obtain a Heavy Rigid Licence, and a nationally recognised Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus).

You will receive industry-leading pay during training, plus a dedicated buddy system and support network to guide your development across Doncaster East, Heatherton and Keysborough depots in Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Hold a current Australian car driver’s licence (full licence held for minimum of 2 years).
• Have full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening.
• Willing to obtain a Driver Accreditation (CPV) and Working With Children Check.

Responsabilités

• Extensive induction training combining classroom learning and on-road experience to obtain your Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
