Kinetic is recruiting drivers for its Australasian bus network. The program supports women through training and a five‑week induction, with paid training and licence upgrading. Multiple positions are available at Molendinar and Tweed Heads, offering competitive base pay and a clear path to professional development.

You will join a customer‑facing team focused on safety, reliability and service excellence while growing skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

We're looking for new drivers to become the face of Kinetic and help connect people with the places that matter most. Join Australasia’s largest and fastest-growing bus operator and start a rewarding career in public transport.

Our Women Up Front Driver Training Program is designed to support women in building a successful driving career, regardless of previous experience. We'll pay you while you train, supporting you to upgrade your licence to an MR licence before completing a comprehensive five-week induction program that combines classroom learning with practical on-road training.

Once you're on the road, you'll continue to receive ongoing coaching, support, and development opportunities, including working towards a nationally recognised qualification within your first 12 months with Kinetic. This is your chance to gain valuable skills, grow your confidence, and be part of a supportive and inclusive team.
