Job summary

UVS Group Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Traffic Controllers to assist with traffic management at construction and roadwork sites. You will direct traffic, manage pedestrians, and set up traffic control equipment to maintain a safe environment for workers and the public.

Key duties include coordinating traffic flow, maintaining equipment, and adhering to Traffic Management Plans while communicating with workers and supervisors on site.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control traffic safely around work sites
• Set up, maintain and remove traffic signs, cones, barriers and other equipment
• Manage pedestrian movements and access around work areas
• Follow approved Traffic Management Plans and site instructions
• Communicate with workers, supervisors and the public
• Monitor site conditions and report any hazards or safety concerns
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Follow all workplace health and safety requirements
