Job summary

Bell Potter Securities Limited in Melbourne is seeking a Trading Systems and Training Administrator to join the Training Team. You will support rollout, delivery and adoption of the Praemium platform, develop training materials, coordinate onboarding sessions and provide first-level support for platform users.

The role also provides administrative support for IRESS and Kaplan e-learning requirements, with day-to-day team support and system maintenance tasks as priorities.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business or Finance (desired but not essential)
• 1-2 years experience in an administration role
• Excellent organisational skills and thorough attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of meeting strict deadlines and working under pressure
• Knowledge and interest in the financial services industry

Responsibilities

• Day to day administrative support for the team
• Ensuring integrity and accuracy of Bell Potter systems with regard to system maintenance and user creation and access
• Providing support for IRESS system and handling Order Entry systems queries from Advisers and Desk Assistants
• Assisting with training implementation for relevant staff including monitoring Kaplan e-Learning system for all accredited staff members
• Ad-hoc duties and various project work including system testing and roll-out of system upgrades
