Job summary
Citic is seeking a Senior Support Analyst, Trading Applications to join the Global OMS/EMS support team. You will handle L1/L2 requests from the CLSA trading desk, clients, vendors, brokers and exchanges, ensuring smooth operation of OMS/EMS systems.
The role requires 10–12 years in IT with strong OMS/EMS background, exposure to DMA/DSA, and familiarity with tools like Tibco, Solace, Kibana, Grafana, and SQL. You will work across regions and on high-pressure trading floors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT or relevant disciplines.
- 10–12 years experience with min 5+ years in OMS/EMS support.
- Exposure to Fidessa or other OMS/EMS is a plus.
- 3–5 years experience in Broker/Dealer environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Cash Equity DMA/DSA and Program Trading.
- Knowledge of SRE concepts is a plus.
- Excellent English communication
Responsibilities
- Daily trading operations desk support for High Touch & Low Touch desks.
- Coordinate with infra to set up connectivity with exchanges and brokers.
- Shift work to support Asia/US/Europe markets.
- Collaborate with CLSA Pune, US and Australia teams.
