Job summary

ASX is seeking a candidate to operate and monitor the ASX Trade and Trade24 markets on a 24-hour rotating shift. You will provide high-level customer service, escalate issues, and perform daily tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
Understanding of the Australian Equity or Derivatives market.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the markets on a 24 hour rotational shift structure.
Provide a high level of customer service and escalate issues where necessary.
Complete daily checklist tasks with minimal supervision.
Understand regulatory obligations for Trading Operations and determine when issues require escalation.
Engage with brokers, custodians, clearing participants, and regulators to service stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve client service and operational efficiency.
Maintain market awareness through monitoring trends and identifying risks.
