Job summary

Morrisons in Victoria/Maldon is seeking a Trading Manager to keep shelves stocked and drive store-wide trading routines. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll lead a team to deliver product availability, run promotions, and ensure every aisle is safe and ready for trade.

You’ll plan resources, manage shifts and attendance, train colleagues, and push for high standards across departments while building strong working relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to plan promotions and manage store-wide trading priorities.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

More About The Role

Making sure our shelves are fully stocked is key to a fantastic shopping experience, which is why our Trading Managers are so vital to our success.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a hands-on approach to managing store-wide trading routines. You'll lead your team to deliver market-leading product availability, run smooth promotional events, and ensure every aisle is safe, legal, and ready for trade. In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
