Job summary

SRG Global is seeking qualified or highly experienced tradespeople to join our Gladstone site in QLD. The role focuses on concrete remediation, specialised maintenance, and trade-based support across industrial services and asset remediation projects.

You will undertake concreting, remediation, protection, and general construction support tasks on critical infrastructure and heavy industrial assets. If you hold a formal trade qualification or substantial hands-on experience, we want to hear from

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or demonstrated relevant industry experience in Carpentry, Boilermaking or Concreting.
• Experience in concrete remediation, asset repair, protective coatings, industrial shutdowns, heavy industry or civil/structural maintenance will be highly regarded.
• Previous experience working in industrial, construction, maintenance or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out trade-specific work safely and to a high standard
• Assist with installation, maintenance, repair and construction activities
• Undertake concrete remediation activities including breakout, surface preparation, patch repairs, render repairs, crack repairs, joint preparation and reinstatement works
• Support specialised maintenance works such as protective coating preparation, asset repairs, structural maintenance, shutdown support and general industrial services activities
• Read and interpret plans, drawings and work instructions where required
• Prepare work areas, tools and materials for daily activities
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople and site crews
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and site safety
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures, relevant legislation and site requirements
• Identify and report hazards, defects or issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Perform other duties within your level of competence as directed by the Site Supervisor

We are looking for motivated and reliable tradespeople, either qualified or highly experienced, to support a range of industrial services works with a strong focus on concrete remediation, specialised maintenance and trade-based support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will have:

• Trade qualificationor demonstrated relevant industry experiencein Carpentry, Boilermaking or Concreting
• Experience in concrete remediation, asset repair, protective coatings, industrial shutdowns, heavy industry or civil/structural maintenance will be highly regarded
• Previous experience working in industrial, construction, maintenance or similar environments
• Current Driver’s Licence
• White Card
• Ability to pass a3-site Blue medical, inclusive of a Drug and Alcohol Screen
