Job summary

Position Overview

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Additional overtime at penalty rates available.

Remuneration: Negotiable, based on experience and demonstrated ability. A performance bonus is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Site Work

Execute installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Ensure quality workmanship on each task performed.

Operate efficiently on-site, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Identify and report hazards, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Follow detailed plans and specifications, maintaining quality standards. Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and health and safety regulations.

Identify and troubleshoot issues on-site, providing practical solutions to keep work progressing efficiently.

Willingness to follow JGP system & processed - with opportunity to contribute to their development.

Accurately select, use, and maintain tools and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery and ensure proper storage and handling of plumbing materials.

Working with others

Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients. Communicate progress and any issues promptly to ensure smooth project workflow.

Assist in the training of junior staff when required, and ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.
