Wideland Group in Toowoomba is seeking a Trades Assistant / Accessory Fitter to join our team at the Toowoomba branch. You will support Sales and Service, help with vehicle deliveries, and act as final quality check before handover.

The role suits someone with 2 years mechanical experience, basic electrical knowledge, and a positive, detail‑oriented approach. A valid manual licence (MR/HR beneficial) and good communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales and Service teams to manage workflow and ensure a just in time delivery experience.
• Deliver and collect vehicles and materials from suppliers/customers when required.
• Assist the sales team in the delivery of trucks to customers and being the final quality check prior to the handover.
• Participate in all appearance maintenance and yard work on the new truck display yard.
• Basic mechanical ability to assist in accessories fitment when required.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trades Assistant / Accessory Fitter to join our team based in our Toowoomba branch.

You will be responsible for:

Working with Sales and Service teams to manage workflow and ensure a just in time delivery experience.

Assist the sales team in the delivery of trucks to customers and being the final quality check prior to the handover.

Participate in all appearance maintenance and yard work on the new truck display yard.

Basic mechanical ability to assist in accessories fitment when required.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

2 years mechanical experience.

Mechanical and technical aptitude - electricalknowledge and accessory fitting an advantage.

Impressive time management behaviours.

A positive and friendly approach, a team player.

High attention to detail and ability to follow things through to completion.

Valid driver's licence with the ability todrive manual transmission (MR or HR licence an advantage)

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
