Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking an experienced Trades Assistant to join our Brisbane team on a permanent, Monday to Friday basis. You will assist with maintenance, repairs, yard duties and operate cranes and forklifts while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work with skilled technicians on new machinery and participate in customer updates on job progress, contributing to efficient workshop operations and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer focus.
• Strong time-management skills to keep jobs on track.
• Ability to work well with others as well as independently.
• Commitment to maintaining high workplace health and safety standards.
• Desirable: Overhead crane and forklift tickets (training may be available).
