Job summary

UGL's industrial and resource division is seeking motivated Trades Assistants to join the Orica outage at Kooragang Island, Newcastle NSW. This contract covers approximately 6 weeks of 11-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday, with day or night options and a strong project portfolio starting February 2027.

Qualifications

• White Card (construction) required.
• Drivers Licence required.
• Work at Heights certification must be completed within 3 years.
• Confined Space certification must be completed within 3 years.
• Gas Test Atmosphere certification must be completed within 3 years.

On offer we have:

• Approx 6 weeks work
• 11-hour shifts – Monday to Saturday
• Competitive Remuneration Package
• Day or Night Shift on offer
• Strong Portfolio of work in 2027 – we have projects commencing Feb 2027
