You will assist with assembling, painting, and testing workpieces, while supporting the workshop team under supervision. Responsibilities

• Assemble LV, MV & HV electrical rotating machinery as directed.
• Assist in workshop tasks and support supervisor or works manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of workshop and offices; assist with painting and finishing.
• Support in safety and quality adherence during production.
• Assist in basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Job Summary

The Production Worker / Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This role supports the manufacturing process by identifying defects, maintaining equipment, and following production protocols.

This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously. We are looking for a Trade Assistant to join our Brendale Service Centre team in Australia.

Please note, no visa or work permit support can be provided for this role .

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble LV, MV & HV electrical rotating machinery
• General assistance in the workshop as designated by the Supervisor or Works Manager.
• Cleaning of Workshop, and Offices where required
• Painting of motors, equipment and floors
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Assist in troubleshooting and basic maintenance
• H elp clean and paint various mechanical or electromechanical assemblies including: shafts, gears, seals, impellers, mechanical switches, brakes, clutches, clutch rotors, fans, end shields, bearing fit
