Job summary

Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club in Thornton, Victoria is seeking an experienced Trade Waiter to join our hospitality team. This full-time role offers an $80,000 base plus superannuation, working across our clubhouse, dining and private event operations to deliver exceptional service.

You will provide polished table service, wine knowledge and guest-focused support for members and guests, with RSA current in Victoria and 2–3 years in premium settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a waiter or food and beverage role or a Cert II in Hospitality.
• Experience in premium restaurant, hotel, private club, golf club or fine-dining environment.
• Demonstrated experience providing professional table service.
• Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge.
• Experience delivering high-quality, personalised guest service.
• Confidence working across restaurant service, functions and events.
• Experience working within established service standards and procedures.
• Current Victorian RSA.

Trade Waiter – Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club Full-Time | $80,000 + Super | Thornton, VIC Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club is seeking an experienced and polished Trade Waiter to join our hospitality team at one of Australia’s most exclusive private golf destinations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who takes genuine pride in exceptional service, attention to detail and creating memorable experiences for members and guests.

About the Role

Working across our clubhouse, dining and private event operations, you will play an important role in delivering the high standard of hospitality Cathedral is known for.

Responsibilities

• The ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Current Victorian RSA
