The Role

We are looking for an approachable and organised Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal support within our Geraldton Trade Store! Acting as the face of the business, you’ll be responsible for creating a great customer service experience, assisting with the smooth running of our store and adding to our friendly culture. There is a lot to learn within this role; making this role ideal for a retail all-rounder who loves operating in a fast-paced environment, learning new things and helping their co‑workers. Comfort with lifting up to 15kg loads will be a requirement for this position. If you are proactive, communicate well and are reliable;

What You’ll Be Doing
