Job summary

Blackwoods is seeking a dynamic Site Facilitator to service sites between Newcastle and Singleton. The role is autonomous, involving picking, packing, inventory management, and coordinating with clients, with a vehicle provided for personal use.

You will travel to customer locations, unload and load vending machines, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support after-hours requirements as needed. A permanent, full-time position with benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to client sites regularly.

• Full unrestricted driver’s licence valid in Australia.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including unloading/loading vending machines.

• Maintain all store functions and inventory management systems.
• Deliver inventory solutions at customer sites in partnership with Blackwoods’ stakeholders.

• Maintain vendor relationships including supplier/manufacturing negotiation.

Your Opportunity

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for a dynamic Site Facilitator to join our team servicing several sites between Newcastle and Singleton.

Responsible for replacement and servicing of several clients, your ability to pick pack, complete your work to a high standard and communicate/escalate concerns well. This role is autonomous, making it ideal for someone interested in account management. This is a very physical role within a phenomenal work environment with several benefits including a vehicle that can be used for personal use.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and discuss the best product and service mix to meet our clients needs, identifying price, stock availability, product alternatives and expected delivery time
• Maintain all store functions and inventory management systems
• Responsible for the delivery of inventory solutions at customer sites in partnership with Blackwoods’ stakeholders
• Support after hours requirements as requested by customer, in consultation and authorised by the supervisor/manager
• Maintain vendor relationships including supplier/manufacturing negotiation

What You'll Bring

• Willingness to travel, with regular site visits a requirement out to customer locations
• Ability to work autonomously, on site unloading and filling vending machines
• Customer focused service skills, with good verbal and written communication
• Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Full unrestricted drivers licence valid in Australia essential
