Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service and administrative role.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems including emails, quoting and CRMs.
• Attention to detail with a professional approach.
• Confident to reach out to, connect with, and communicate with customers.
• Genuine interest in trade products and an eagerness to learn more about products and services.
