Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Trade Specialist in Launceston to deliver exceptional service to trade customers. You will manage high-volume inventory and logistics, build relationships with residential builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and more, contributing to store growth.

You will handle quoting systems, customer management, and engage with local organisations while working in a supportive team environment that values safety and integrity.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
Ability to learn new systems including emails, quoting and CRMs.
Detail oriented with a professional approach.
Confidence to reach out to and communicate with customers.
Genuine interest in trade products and willingness to learn more.
