Lawrence & Hanson is seeking a hands-on customer service and sales oriented team member in Queensland. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide exceptional service, quotes, and help customers find the right products. Training is provided and there are opportunities to work across Australia.

You’ll enjoy a supportive, inclusive culture with no weekend work, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow within a leading electrical wholesaler network.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as trade sales, retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Positive, energetic and team‑oriented attitude.
• Strong problem solving and solution finding mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and basic software tools.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• No electrical experience required; training provided.

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‑on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time.

Duties

• Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
• Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great
• Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly

Skills & Experience

You don’t need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping people

• Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
• A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
• Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
