Job summary

Lawrence & Hanson in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Customer Service & Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers at the counter, prepare quotes, and guide shoppers to the right products with support from training provided.

You will build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, keep the branch organized, and contribute to a friendly, social workplace with focus on value, reliability, and flexibility.

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‑on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time.
