Lawrence & Hanson is seeking a hands-on customer service and sales team member for our Melbourne branch. You will be the friendly face at the trade counter, assist customers by phone and email, and help ensure the right products are delivered on time.

This role focuses on delivering value, reliability, and flexibility with a fast-paced, social environment and opportunities to work across Australia. Training, development, and a supportive team culture are highlighted in the role.

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands-on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time.

As the frontline of our business, you'll be the friendly face at the trade counter, the helpful voice on the phone, and the professional reply via email - ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.
