LegalVision seeks a motivated career paralegal to join our high-performing Trade Marks team on a full-time basis. This newly created role supports Australian and international businesses to protect, manage and enforce brand assets.

Your responsibilities include trade mark searches, filing applications, managing portfolios, monitoring deadlines, and liaising with clients. Prior trade mark experience is valued but not essential.

Qualifications

• Paralegal or admin experience in a busy legal environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
• Comfortable with deadlines and tech tools.
• Available to work full-time, in-office ~2 days/week.
• Strong organisational and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out trade mark searches and file applications.
• Manage trade mark portfolios and monitor deadlines.
• Liaise with clients throughout the process.
• Support lawyers with evidence of use projects.
• Prepare and file documents with IP offices.
