Dahlsens Family Group of Companies is seeking a Trade Desk Assistant at our Deniliquin branch. You will greet builders and trade customers, assist with product knowledge, enquiries, quotes and sales orders in person, by phone and email, and recommend solutions for jobs.
This flexible role spans trade counter and yard, including unloading deliveries, processing orders, and maintaining stock and yard presentation with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

As a Trade Desk Assistant at our Deniliquin branch, you'll be the face of Dahlsens when our builders and trade customers walk through the door. You'll assist customers with product knowledge, enquiries, quotes and sales orders in person, by phone and via email, and use your product knowledge to recommend the right solution for the job.
This is a flexible role that plays a part across both the trade counter and yard. You'll support customers at the counter, then float between areas during busy periods, help unload early morning deliveries, prepare and load customer pick-ups, and keep yard presentation and stock levels in top shape. You'll also pitch in with stock control, replenishment and inventory checks to keep the branch running smoothly.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll receive ongoing support, guidance and continued development to grow your sales, product knowledge and trade experience.
This is a varied, customer-facing role for someone who loves a chat with builders, takes pride in product knowledge and accuracy, and brings a flexible, can-do attitude every day.
