Job summary

Bunnings Group is seeking a Department Manager - Trade to lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team in our Trade environment. You’ll shape how commercial customers experience Bunnings, driving growth and leading a team that delivers every day.

You’ll work with Trade Specialists and the store team to provide an end-to-end experience, build strong customer partnerships, and strengthen loyalty through outstanding service. Weekend roster may apply.

• Proven ability to drive sales and build customer partnerships.
• Strong numerical and rostering skills.

• Ability to work weekends as part of roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a team to deliver a consistent, knowledgeable and efficient experience for trade customers.
• Build strong relationships with key customers while driving sales through effective merchandising, strong availability and meaningful customer engagement.
• Work closely with Trade Specialists and the wider store team to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Use customer insights and feedback to improve service and strengthen long-term customer loyalty.
• Manage rostering, stock flow and day-to-day operations to keep everything running smoothly.
• Support community and local business connections that help grow your customer base.
