All Purpose Coatings in Perth is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join their team. You will deliver exceptional service to walk-in and business customers, build relationships, and drive sales with a strong product knowledge base.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours with a 40-hour week, reporting to the Site Manager and collaborating with a small team. You’ll be part of an established national organisation, receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing product training, and have opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and trade counter sales.
• Target-driven with proactive sales approach.
• Ability to use CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional face-to-face service to walk-in and business customers.
• Build and nurture client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Handle phone and email inquiries and process orders.
• Assist with product training and light warehouse duties.
• Support growth of APC's Perth presence by identifying opportunities.
