Job summary

All Purpose Coatings is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our Perth team. You will deliver face-to-face service to walk-in and business customers, provide expert product guidance, and build lasting relationships as our Perth operation grows.

Join a national coatings leader with strong systems, training, and support. You’ll drive sales, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and contribute to expanding APC’s Perth footprint while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience delivering exceptional results and building relationships.
• Sales mindset: target-driven, proactive, and comfortable following up on leads.
• Computer literacy including Outlook, internet, and CRM systems.
• Previous sales, quoting, or trade counter experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and identify value-add opportunities.
• Contribute to Perth presence by expanding the customer base and validating leads.
