Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Trade Counter Representative / Warehouse Assistant in Dubbo to join our client, a leading refrigeration and HVAC wholesaler.

The role blends trade counter sales, customer service and order processing with warehouse duties such as stock control, picking and replenishment. Monday to Friday, with penalties and base hours paid, and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, trade counter, retail or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to process orders accurately
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a busy, hands-on environment
• Forklift licence advantageous

Responsibilities

About Our Client

Our client is a leading refrigeration and HVAC wholesaler looking for a customer-focused

Trade Counter Representative / Warehouse Assistant to support daily branch operations.

This is a hands-on role combining trade counter sales, customer service and order processing with warehouse duties including stock control, picking and replenishment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide friendly and professional customer service at the trade counter
• Process customer orders, enquiries and sales
• Pick, pack and replenish stock
• Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties
