Reece Group in Adelaide is seeking a friendly Trade Counter assistant to support plumbers and tradespeople by providing product information, quotes, and accurate order processing at the Greenacres branch. You will pick, pack and manage stock, keep the shop floor tidy and safe, and occasionally deliver orders with a company vehicle.

The role suits someone with retail or customer service experience, tech savvy, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends,

Qualifications

Experience in retail sales or customer service.
Able to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
Tech savvy and willing to learn new systems.
Clean, valid driver’s license and available for weekends.
Interest in developing career within the network or head office.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and information about products.
Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
