Job summary

Reece is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to join the Erina branch in New South Wales. The role involves delivering products, assisting plumbers and tradespeople with product information, and supporting stock control and counter operations.

Training is provided, and there is a pathway to grow within the network. You will handle quotes in person and by phone, maintain a safe and welcoming branch environment, and develop skills through ongoing on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail facing roles.
• Ability to provide product information and quotes in person and over the phone.
• Experience with stock control, order picking, and shop floor maintenance.
• Valid driver’s licence is required; forklift licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the trade counter and assist plumbers and tradespeople.
• Generate quotes in-person and over the phone.
• Assist with pick packing, stock control and shelf displays.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
