Job summary

Reece Windsor trade counter is seeking a friendly assistant to help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need. You will provide product information and quotes, help with stock, and support branch operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will also assist with order picking, packing, and occasional deliveries using a company vehicle, all while upholding safety and presentation standards in the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Able to provide product information and quotes.
• Comfortable using sales systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information in person and over the phone.
• Prepare quotes for customers both in store and by phone.
• Assist with pick packing, stock control and maintaining a clean display.
• Make deliveries using company vehicle when required.
