Job summary

Reece Group Alexandria, NSW, is seeking a customer-focused team member to support tradespeople and contractors by providing product information, quotes, and strong service on the shop floor. You will handle stock, pick and pack orders, assist with deliveries, and help keep the branch tidy and safe, contributing to a smooth-running operation.

About The Role

As part of the HVAC team in Alexandria, you'll help tradespeople and contractors access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

A Typical Day Involves

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech—savvy and adaptable to learn new systems
