Job summary

Reece Group in Adelaide is seeking a friendly Trade Counter assistant to support plumbers and tradespeople by providing product information, quotes, and accurate order processing at the Greenacres branch. You will pick, pack and manage stock, keep the shop floor tidy and safe, and occasionally deliver orders with a company vehicle.

The role suits someone with retail or customer service experience, tech savvy, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Tech savvy and willing to learn new systems.
• Clean, valid driver’s license and available for weekends.
• Interest in developing career within the network or head office.

About The Role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Greenacres, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A Typical Day Involves

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech savvy and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
