Reece Group’s Concord Plumbing branch in Sydney is seeking a Branch Staff member to help plumbers and tradespeople access products for building and renovation projects, while performing essential branch operations.

No industry experience? No problem. We offer paid on-the-job training, online learning modules, and ongoing courses to help you grow. You’ll also handle customer service, quotes, picking, packing, stock control, and occasional deliveries as part of a dynamic team.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with product access and information.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control tasks.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

About the opportunity

As part of the Branch Staff team at Concord Plumbing, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

No industry experience? No problem.

We’d love to hear from you

• We're looking for people with career potential and a growth mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
