Reece Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant (Civil) at Marsden Park. You will support engineers, project managers and tradespeople by providing product information, quotes, and timely service while helping maintain a clean, safe branch environment.

You’ll access paid on-the-job training and self-paced online modules to grow your product knowledge and customer service skills, with genuine career development opportunities across the Reece network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Clean, valid driver's licence.
• Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

About the opportunity

As part of the Trade Counter team in Marsden Park, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to undertake major projects, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

Providing customer service and information about products. Providing quotes both in person and over the phone. Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities. Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment. Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle. Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives.

We're looking for people with career potential and a growth mindset.

Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone. Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate. Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems. Holds a clean, valid driver's licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential. Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
