Reece Irrigation And Pools Caulfield is seeking a Retail Assistant (Branch Staff) to support landscapers and tradespeople with product access and branch operations. You’ll engage customers in person and by phone, while helping keep the branch running smoothly and safely.

The role offers structured training leading to leadership opportunities and exposure to Reece systems across metro sites, with progression potential within the network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Willing to learn new systems and develop career within network.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reece Irrigation & Pools branch in Caulfield as a Retail Assistant (known as Branch Staff), with the potential to being appointed into a leadership role with accelerated training. The training consists of tailored programs and initiatives, such as shadowing at multiple metro sites with senior leaders and expediting Reece specific systems training.

Retail Assistants are known as a Trade Counter Assistant at Reece and as part of the team in Caulfield, you’ll help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A Typical Day Involves

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe
• Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
