Actrol, part of the Reece Group, is seeking a proactive Branch Staff member in Castle Hill. You will support engineers, project managers and tradespeople, help customers access products and ensure the branch runs smoothly.

This role offers hands-on exposure across the business and a clear path to future leadership within the network. You will learn operational and commercial skills while delivering excellent service in a busy retail environment.

Competenze

• Experience in retail sales or leadership and ability to help customers in person and over the phone.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Comfort using a computer and learning new systems.

About The Role

As part of the Branch Staff team at Actrol in Castle Hill, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to undertake major projects, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Working closely with experienced Branch Leaders, you'll gain hands‑on exposure to all aspects of the business while developing the skills, knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibilities. Your day-to-day

A Typical Day Involves

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives
• Learning the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles
