Job summary

CSR is seeking a Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver for the Gyprock Trade Centre in Unanderra, NSW. This full-time role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering excellent customer service and warehouse operations.

Key duties include stock handling, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining safety and documentation standards. Experience with forklifts and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for all customers.

• Serve customers in the warehouse area, loading vehicles as needed.
• Ensure documentation, labelling and presentation of product.
• Warehouse operations including picking, inventory counts and housekeeping.

About the role

The Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver is a Full-time position, based at Unanderra, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre, andyou will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellencewithin the warehouse.

In this role you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers
• To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store
• Stock movements and the maintenance of stock
• Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements
• Unloading inbound orders of stock
• Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
• Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to
• Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping

Your standard working hours are Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm, totalling a 38-hour week, with any additional hours worked beyond 38 paid at overtime rates.

About you:

• A current forklift licence with sufficient experience is essential.
• Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
• Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
