Job summary

Greenworx is seeking a Trade Assistant Landscaper/Labourer to support our on-ground crews on the southern Central Coast (3 days) and Upper Sydney suburbs (2 days).

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00, with early starts and hands-on outdoor work across multiple sites. Ideal candidates live near southern Central Coast or Upper Sydney and hold a White Card, Australian Driver’s Licence, and relevant police/child safety checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ landscaping (commercial/residential) experience.
• Australian Driver’s Licence is required/Highly desirable.
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) held.
• Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks.
• Follow Work Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines and company WHS systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace across sites (equipment, vehicles, sites).

We are now seeking an additional Trade Assistant Landscaper / Labourer to support our busy on-ground crews across the southern Central Coast (3 days per week) and Upper Sydney suburbs (2 days per week).

The ideal candidate will live in southern Central Coast or Upper Sydney, in order to get to works sites for early morning starts.

About the Role

As a Trade Assistant Landscaper, you’ll provide hands-on support to our field teams, helping to complete daily landscape maintenance tasks safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with landscaping or trade support experience who enjoys practical outdoor work in a team environment.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 06:00am - 14:00pm.

Responsibilities include

• Carry out routine grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks, including mowing, brush cutting, weeding, hedging, litter-picking etc

• Carry out work in accordance with Work Health Safety (WHS) legislation and Greenworx WHS Management System

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace (Greenworx facilities, vehicles and sites)

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, hands-on and practical

• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

• Willing to roll up their sleeves and assist with a range of site-based tasks

You will need

• 6 months + experience in landscaping (commercial / residential)

• Own vehicle for travel to sites (highly desirable)

• A current Australian Driver’s License

• A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
