Job summary

Greenworx is seeking an experienced Landscaping Maintenance Crew to maintain clients' gardens and grounds across Sydney's West & South-West, including estates, villages, schools and business parks. You will work in a small team, delivering safe, high-standard maintenance and upholding the Greenworx brand.

The ideal candidate resides near St Mary's, Blacktown, Eastern Creek or Horsley Park for easy travel in a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Gardener/Landscaper/Maintenance crew.
• Proven ability to complete job tasks: brush-cutting, hedging, edging, mower, mulching, litter picking, blow-downs.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and positive approach with clients and staff.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License (Manual).
• OHS Induction - 'White Card'.
• Willingness to obtain Working With Children Check, Police Check and Medical Assessment before starting.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks: mowing, edging, blowing; pruning, hedge & tree trimming; weed control; litter picking.
• Uphold Greenworx standards for safety, presentation and client service.
• Ensure all garden waste is removed and transferred to authorised waste stations.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles to company standards.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Landscaping Maintenance Crew to maintain clients' gardens and ground across Sydney's West & South-West incl. commercial estates, retirement villages, schools, business parks and industrial properties.

You will work as a member of a small team, ensuring work is delivered safely and to a high standard. Your landscape maintenance skills, professionalism and ability to represent the Greenworx brand will be essential.

The ideal candidate will reside in close to St Mary's, Blacktown, Eastern Creek or Horsley Park and surrounds, for ease of travel to client sites in a company vehicle.

Essential experience and qualifications:

1 years’+ experience as a Gardener / Landscaper / Maintenance crew

Proven experience of getting the job done - brush-cutting, hedging, edging, mower, mulching, litter picking and blow-downs. No two sites are the same.

Clear communication, and problem-solving skills

A professional and positive approach with clients and staff

Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

Valid Driver’s License (Manual)
