Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a dedicated Trade Assistant to support licensed tradespeople in a Central Coast workshop. You will assist with electrical and mechanical tasks, prepare work areas, and ensure tools and materials are available and in good condition.

The role requires Year 12, familiarity with tools, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Candidates should be reliable, detail-focused and capable of following safety procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Year 12 Certificate.
• Previous experience as a trade assistant or in a similar role (familiarity with electrical and mechanical components is an advantage).
• Confidence using tools and instruments.
• A self-motivated, reliable and hard-working attitude, with the initiative to solve problems and work through tasks independently.
• Good people skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and take direction as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work, including repetitive tasks when required.
• The ability to plan and prioritise your work, and handle setup and clean-up as needed.

Responsibilities
