Job summary

Solutions+ is seeking a hands-on landscaper to maintain lawns, turf and open green spaces across Western Sydney. You will operate mowers and garden hand tools, assist with irrigation maintenance, and support landscape improvement projects to keep sites clean, safe, and well presented.

We value reliability and teamwork; a drivers licence and police checks are required. This full-time role offers ongoing training and a pathway for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge and maintain lawns, turf areas and open green spaces to a high standard.
• Carry out general landscaping, including planting, mulching, soil preparation and garden bed installations.
• Maintain gardens through weeding, pruning, hedging and seasonal planting.
• Safely operate mowers, brush cutters, blowers, hedge trimmers, hand tools and other landscaping equipment.
• Assist with landscape improvement projects, turf repairs, garden renovations and site upgrades.
• Complete fertilising, basic weed and pest control, and general plant care as required.
• Maintain landscaped areas, pathways and commercial grounds, ensuring sites remain clean, safe and well presented.
• Assist with irrigation maintenance, basic repairs and general upkeep of gardens and landscaped areas.
