Job summary

Solutions+ is seeking a hands-on Green Space Maintainer to join our team on-site in NSW. You will mow, edge and maintain lawns, weed beds, prune shrubs and operate mowers safely to keep spaces inviting and well‑kept.

The role is full-time permanent with rostered days off, weekly pay and career growth. Hourly rate is $28–$30 plus super. You’ll need a driver’s licence, your own transport or access to site, and required checks.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and own transport (or ability to get to site)
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge and maintain lawns, ovals and open green spaces
• Weed, mulch and care for garden beds and landscaped areas
• Prune shrubs, hedges and small trees for a clean finish
• Operate mowers, brush cutters, blowers and tools safely
• Assist with seasonal planting and site improvement works
• Apply fertilisers and basic weed and pest control treatments
• Monitor turf and gardens, reporting issues as they arise
• Carry out irrigation checks and complete minor repairs
• Keep pathways and high-traffic areas clean and safe
