Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is supporting a major metropolitan rail construction programme in Sydney, coordinating track-building crews and subcontractors across multiple project locations.

This role focuses on planning daily/weekly production, leading safety on site, reviewing drawings for constructability, and overseeing budgets and subcontract performance to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or comparable building/construction training.
• Demonstrated track-construction experience, including top-down track slab construction.
• Substantial trade and construction experience on major rail or infrastructure projects.
• Technical ability to interpret drawings and review construction methods.
• Strong safety leadership and experience managing direct labour, suppliers and subcontractors.
